Our helpLine training is a great way to strengthen your skills. helpLine trainings offer access to our systems with practical relevance – our trainers are also consultants in customer projects.
Training for those who establish the Service Management system and are in charge of the daily business.
The training’s focus is the imparting of administrative basics using the Service Management system. This includes the use of the administrator and the ClassicDesk. After attending this training, the participant is able to independantly plan an organisational and filter structure.
